These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the booking of psychic and mediumship services provided by:

By booking a session or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of Services
Psychic readings, mediumship sessions and spiritual guidance services are offered either:
• Online via Zoom (distance service), or
• In person at a pre-agreed location (face-to-face service).
All services are provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes only.
They are not a substitute for professional advice including, but not limited to, medical, legal, financial, psychiatric or psychological advice. Clients should seek appropriately qualified professionals for such matters.
No guarantees are given regarding the accuracy, relevance or outcome of any reading.
2. Age Requirement
Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or over. By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that all interpretations and decisions made following a reading are your sole responsibility.
The practitioner shall not be held liable for any actions, decisions, losses or consequences arising directly or indirectly from a session.
4. Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received.
Session times are reserved specifically for you.
5. EU Right of Withdrawal (Distance Bookings)
In accordance with EU consumer law, when booking online you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase.
However, if you book a session scheduled within the 14-day withdrawal period and proceed with payment, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that once the session has been fully delivered, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal.
By completing your booking, you confirm your agreement to this waiver.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session (online or in person), will result in loss of payment.
If the practitioner must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment or full refund will be offered.
7. Online (Zoom) Sessions
Online sessions are conducted via Zoom.
It is your responsibility to:
• Ensure a stable internet connection
• Provide accurate contact details
• Attend the session at the agreed time
If you are significantly late, the session may be shortened without refund.
Recording of sessions will only take place with your explicit consent. Any recording provided is for your personal use only and must not be shared, published or distributed without written permission.
8. In-Person Sessions
In-person sessions take place at a mutually agreed location.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session without refund.
If a client fails to attend a confirmed in-person appointment, the session fee will be forfeited.
Where an in-person session is booked and paid for online in advance, the EU withdrawal provisions outlined above apply.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the time, preparation and energy involved in providing a psychic or mediumship session, refunds are not offered once a session has been delivered.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
• Technical failure preventing an online session from taking place
• Cancellation by the practitioner
Each case will be assessed reasonably and fairly.
10. Confidentiality
All sessions are treated as confidential.
Personal information shared during a session will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details on how personal data is collected, processed and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific session in question.
Under no circumstances shall the practitioner be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
12. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
Abusive, aggressive, inappropriate or threatening behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of France.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the client’s country of residence.
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
